Does anyone have alternatives to Bolt? I think they are highly incompetent and their lack of knowledge directly impacts the efficiency of Wegovy

I have received twice now packages with room temperature drugs, and the icepacks completely melted. I was wondering why my medication has stopped working and then today I received this message from their support. What if they don’t refrigerate the drug and just send it out with minimal care, and that’s why I’ve been having problems?
