Hi all. I'm going to a good friend's wedding but they are a very casual couple and having a private ceremony for close family only and then a reception for friends and extended family at an upscale restaurant and I believe it's a buffet environment. I don't have much money to buy a new outfit and have a decent pair of "officey" crocodile mid heel slingback brown heels. Can anyone think of what would go with this but also be appropriate for a wedding? Are "00's era office dresses - business/business" style appropriate or no? That's pretty much all I have. Maybe a budget of $60 for a dress at Marshalls! Thanks! No dress code has been specified so I err on the side of caution for upscale as it's indoors....but again casual people lol.
