Help understanding if this would word outside a paper account on Webull

I put these orders in before market opened because both stocks showed growth over night . If this were a real account would I be able to put in an option contract during pre market and it get filled by the time it opens at 9:30?
Would the contract I bought in the morning before market open still hold the value of the price stock was at the day prior ???
