R01 Reversal

I set my deposit account as my checking account account which had well over enough funds to deposit. I deposited $60, but it took it out of my savings account, which had $0. Now I need to pay a fee and my account is frozen. Why did this happen? Now my account value is in the negatives and I had negative money in my savings until paying it back earlier today. I had two R01 reversal notifications, since I did two deposits ($45 and $15).
