Missing half a share

Iām missing half a share about 9 dollars after a reverse stock split. I had some money in my account just sitting there for over a year I forgot about and decided to just throw the money into this because of the dividend if I get more then whatever if not then whatever. Iām not super concerned about it but I thought that webull had fractional shares? This missing share even is reflected in my p/l what gives webull????
