Is it normal for one’s smart advisor account to not have any update, rebalancing, or anything for 27 consecutive days? The advertising said day to day upkeep by 180 trading advisors!

It was once I asked customer support and started tapping their shoulder, which took 3-4 different support agents a course of three days to give me an answer about the smart advisors lack of account management…..that same day my account all the sudden made 3 minor adjustments EOD for eight dollars and some change and by the time I got a mediocre response from support 3 days later I had already sent in documentation to closed the account.

Has anyone else had issues like this with the account or the customer supports lack of transparency to simple questions? It’s almost like the 180 smart advisors base their attention to those accounts with larger amounts than all accounts on a day to day basis.
