Converting images on my phone to not be blurry on the computer?

Hi! Iām an artist and I have recently found the issue that the pixel measurements on my phone, an iphone 10, doesnt match up with my computer. So, when I draw my webtoon on my phone, because i dont have the money for a tablet, it makes my comic pages and redbubble images small and pixelated. Does anyone know how to fix this?
