Missing PSI?

i finally have enough pets that i feel i can justify a room for PSIs but when i went to get my floppy eared bunny's carrot car i couldnt find it in my dock! i know i never sold it (swore not to sell PSIs like i did as a kid lol) and it's a car so it couldnt go in any storage. im really sad it's disappeared :( has anyone else experienced this? were you able to get your PSI back in any way??
