how long does it take for support to get back to you?

i recently sent info to webkinz support to get back into my (modern) account. the original email was sent almost 3 years ago (it ended up in my spam!) so im not entirely sure they'll respond at all to it, but just in case: about how long could i expect to wait to hear back?
update: they got back to me in a couple of days and i have access to my account again!
