Is it possible to flash Stock Rom for Xiaomi Watch 2 Pro?

Hej,
long time Android user but new WearOS User here.
Ive had some problems with my Watch and neither Factory Reset nor Wiping Cache Partition helped out.
With my old Redmi Phones i always flashed some Custom Rom or simply reflashed the Stock Rom and in 99% it fixed the Problems.
I wish i could try that out on my Watch before swapping it out against a new one.
Is this possible?
