Rectangle design that can answer calls?

Hello, I am looking for a watch for my dad, he prefers the rectangle design and his main thing is wanting to be able to answer calls and talk on it without taking his phone out. He has an android phone. Preferably something under $100, but up to $150 would be ok I guess. I got him an Amazfit but it only had call notifications on it
