Why is it so complicated to get a High Interest Portfolio??

Why can’t I just open a TFSA in the app and have an option to simply CHOOSE the type of portfolio I want… I want to open a High Interest Portfolio. Instead I have to contact support and tell them to open one for me?? That just seems like an unnecessary extra pain for everyone…
