Has anyone had trouble moving money INTO cash account from TFSA

I’ve been having trouble moving my money from the self managed TFSA to the cash account. I got an email saying it will take 1 to 3 days… thought transfer were instantaneous.
Support says they have notified the back office but I haven’t heard anything back from anyone. Anyone else in the same boat?
