In light of Thrusty's recent meditation post, I'd like to share two articles that seem to provide some support for the cheeseball idea that your mental state can effect your strength
Post Body

Get your fucking head right. -Chaos and Pain (NSFW(duh))

Steroids, Dosage, and the Placebo Effect -Greg Knuckols

My impression is that the Greg Knuckols article is a little bit more credible, I love that other blond manlet guy's blog but sometimes I get the impression that he kind of handpicks his sources or makes some questionable logical leaps.

Anyways, this sub's whole shtick is being self-deprecating about our strength levels but I think it's important to temper that with the belief that we're gonna get better, and we probably all have the potential to be great if we put the work in. Both these articles are interesting and inspiring to me, so I thought I'd share.
