that's not bruschetta. at all.
bruschetta is chopped up veggies, not something blended in a blender, like this clearly is.
i would be offended, not eat or pay for that and not come back.
there is simply no way that smooth mortar and pestle would give you that texture. absolutely not. to get something like that from a mortar and pestle it would need to be the big flat rough kind made with granite. not smooth marble like that. it has nowhere near enough ridges to produce that texture and is too fragile on top of that.
that is just for plating, and that slop was made in a blender.
before i opened it on a big screen to see the actual texture. i fixed that mistake now, you're welcome.

i mean the thing is to me. that wasn't mashed in that mortar and pestil. it was blended with a blender. it's the lowest effort version of that dish possible basically.
i make delicious dips too, but i wouldn't sell dip as bruscetta. it's just a bait and switch.
