Do I need a new ISRC code for every format of my recording? Or do I use the same ISRC for every digital platform my recording is on?

Hey everyone, Iām doing some due diligence before I release a music project so that it can launch as smoothly as possible, I was hoping someone would be able to answer this question Iām curious about?
To my understanding an ISRC marks an individual recording and should be used for every format of that recording. Such as on all digital platforms and the same ISRC for both a vinyl release & a CD release.
