EDIT #2: I figured it out. It's called "Latin Dulce Brass 01" and "Latin Dulce Brass 02" from Apple's Logic software. It's part of the World Music pack, which is included with the purchase of Logic.

The drop in Steve Angelo’s song “Valodja” is definitely from a sample pack. Comes in around 1 minute.

I swear I’ve heard this loop before, on my old MacBook, isolated. I thought it was one of the included loops with Logic 9, but I did a quick run through and couldn’t find it. I did a Google search and only found a WhoSampled page referencing a disco song from 2007, but I‘m fairly certain that song just used the same royalty-free loop.

Anyone recognize where it’s from??

If it helps at all, I think he starts the loop 1 beat late, so the timing may sound a bit different.
