I’ve got about 12 hours playtime and about 35 kills. Mainly I’ve been in the cottonwood area because there’s plenty of deer herds. I figure that I would branch out of the area so I don’t put too pressure there and kill off all the deer. I made a huge circle around the southeastern part of the map up until where rivermouth connects back into the southern part of cottonwood. I play really slow, almost never fully standing up. It took me about 2 hours or so to make the circle and during that time, the only animals I’ve come across were badgers and foxes. I didn’t even really find any needzones on my walk. As soon as I got back into cottonwood, there’s herds of deer everywhere right back up to the bear den. Anyone else experience this or is it just me? I’ve never even run into a moose or elk. It seems as if I’m only getting big game to spawn in the original area. Thanks
