High Five duo

So I just bought/received my duo, I noticed I have to have the rig at almost max temp (580) and have to pretty much let it get to “temp” before I’d throw the dab in and get a ok hit, I just wanna see if this is normal. I’m using the Titanium bowl, I made sure to center the plate so it doesn’t touch the sides. I just want to make sure I’m getting the most of my purchase
