ELI5: How do these RDA rigs compare to an e-Nail or traditional banger and torch.

I’ve seen a TON of posts with you guys using box mods and RDA’s to fashion together your own portable dab rigs. I just wonder what the opinions are compared to the hit and flavor of more traditional set ups like an e-Nail or banger. I’m usually a banger guy, dabbing at low-med temps. I like long flavorful hits rather than quick hot ones.
