Feeling overwhelmed by my hair and not sure where to start

I have tried CGM many times over the past, and never cared for it. I donā€™t like the feel of product in my hair, and day 2 hair didnā€™t happen for me lol. Thatā€™s why I kinda gave up and went blonde and started using heat on my hair twice a week around June. I let my hair air dry today and itā€™s not great, but I feel like I could get somewhere with this. My issue is that I canā€™t get curls everywhere, but I strongly dislike the feel of gel in my hair, while mousse doesnā€™t seem to do anything for me. I also feel like my hair needs either moisture or protein but I donā€™t know? Iā€™ve been adding both šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø And I have a lot of hair, itā€™s still wet in these photos and starting to floof out, I feel like itā€™s just weighed down all around.

Products: -Redken blondage shampoo followed by OGX coconut caffeine shampoo -Lā€™OrĆ©al 8 second miracle water bc scrubbing my scalp creates so many knots, I donā€™t brush this through it just makes the knots like fall/slip out on their own -OGX coconut caffeine conditioner, brush with product in -Aussie 3 minute miracle moisture, donā€™t brush after rinsing

Scrunch dry very gently just till not dripping with microfiber towel, my hairdresser has me using avedaā€™s botanical repair since I went blonde and I ran out of my heat spray so Iā€™ve been using Lā€™OrĆ©alā€™s protein recharge leave-in bc it has heat protection even though I air dried. I kinda just gently prayer hands it all over hair and then Iā€™ll rescrunch it. Iā€™m probably gonna straighten this before work lol.
