Looking for decent tattoo places in the waukesha area

Looking for somewhere decent who can do text, its just a quote with a heart, nothing complicated, looking for somewhere between the $125-$175 range, the cheaper the better (ofc without losing quality)
This would be my first tattoo and idk how all this works.
Walk in consultation or just a straight walk in would be amazing, otherwise a shop where I can book something online and not through a phone call.
