Recommended shot size for Mallards and Wood Ducks? Never been duck hunting. From my little bit of research seems mallards are medium duck and wood ducks are small? Would #4 be good or should I up it to #3?

I kill everything from teal to Canada geese with either 3/5 blend or straight 4’s. But I’m also shooting bismuth so it hits as hard as steel that’s 2-3 sizes larger.
