Hey! I made a post over a year ago about adding a drug cartel into Dragon heist through hesitation. However I was at the time a brand new DM didn't want to impose on my players and it ended up derailing the entire thing with them growing their own drugs. I want some help fleshing it out a lot more. I actually want to make the leader of the drug cartel villain and am thinking of having Jarlaxle be the ring leader of it wanting the stone of galoor to expand his cartel to not only buy into the Lord's Alliance but to have a influence over it. I'm wondering if there is anything I should consider ahead of time. Please give me suggestions and thank you ahead of time.
