Tips for me to improve my water colour figure drawing during live sessions

Hi, I am new to figure drawing and not formally trained for water colour or figure drawing. Would love to get your favourite tips for painting during live sessions. Pictures show a 2 hour session with 1 min, 2min, 5 min, 15 min and 30min poses by a single model. It was intense but a lot of fun. Hope to improve my skills. Cheers and happy drawing!
