Did I ruin the filter?

I bought a pro one counter top filtration jug, it said to run water over the filter for two mins but I didn’t read clearly and ran water for a bit through the spout it filters out of,I then did it the correct way. have I ruined the filter? It’s seems to be alright Any info would be appreciated can’t seem to get a clear answer online thanks in advance!
