We're both retiring from the military this year after 20 years.

We're getting corporate jobs where we can dress business casual.

It's our 16th wedding anniversary this year.

I'd like to spend no more than $750-1,000 for a really nice watch he can wear to work daily that will match with multiple outfits.

Not sure if he'd prefer leather or metal band, bonus if it doesn't pinch/pull his (normal amount of) arm hair.

Also we are in SoCal if you think I should take him to a store so he can choose himself.
