[Question] Eco-Drive watches in the long run

Post Body

Can somebody tell me a little about Citizen’s Eco-Drive watches? I found one I REALLY like (BM7100-59E), but have never owned a solar-powered watch (or really any kind of watch, for that matter). I saw one website saying that the watch will last the rest of your life and that you’ll never have to change a battery. On the same page, however, it’s stated that the battery will last for ten years. Is it possible to keep this watch going forever by replacing the battery? Do they sell batteries for this kind of watch?
