[Wandering Hours] Is there a reason this complication couldn't be powered by a quartz movement?

Post Body

I am fascinated by wandering hours, and would love to own a watch with this type of time display, but this complication drives the price of a watch way out of my range. I've never run across a quartz wandering hours watch, but I'm wondering if this is because it's not possible to do for some reason, or if it's a matter of manufacturers not wanting to make a quartz movement that will perform this complication because there just isn't enough of a demand for it?
