Hello,
I love the classic look of the old pilot and field watches from the post-war era. Like the Elgin, Hamilton, and Bulovas. Specially the ones with cathedral hands, and a small second sub dial.
I have found 2 modern options that I really like, but I'm looking for other recommendations. Especially around $500-$1000 range. As well as a case diameter of 37-42mm.
Watch 1: The MontBlanc 1858
Beautiful watch, really pricey though. Also the case diameter is 44mm. If it weren't for the size, and price tag. I'd be all over it.
Watch 2: Hamilton Khaki Pioneer
I apologize in advance for the link. It was the only site I found selling the model I was looking for. Great look, great price, and a good size (42mm). I might end up jumping on this one if I can't find a nicer one.
Any suggestions?
