Anyway to download an entire show from WCO at once instead of doing each episode 1 at a time?

Its kinda hard to download a show like dragonball one episode at a time, or any show that has 300 episodes.
Any easier methods to downloading in bulk?
edit : I found https://github.com/NobilityDeviant/ZenDownloader/releases anyone know if this is safe? Seems like it will let me do what I want to do.
