For anyone who isn't familiar, WEFTEC is the biggest annual conference in North America (and possibly the world?) for water & wastewater treatment, with something in the neighborhood of 20-35,000 attendees, 1000 exhibits, over 2500 technical abstracts and several hundred technical sessions aimed at everyone from senior engineers and facility superintendents to students and brand-new OITs.
Unless you're a student, tickets are about $1400 for access to the full conference and technical sessions.
Why is this relevant?
It looks like PWTech might have some extras this year.
If you're going to be in Chicago from 2-4 October and would like to get some CEUs, see what kinds of equipment and services are out there, or learn more about processes, technologies and best practices, fill out a request form and let me know. Please make sure to put 'Reddit' as your company name- that way our admin folks can hand me all the badge info and make sure you get processed.
I'll leave this up until we run out of tickets. If you'd just like to go through the exhibit hall, send me your contact information by Friday, 29 September and I can email you an invite for a free badge to get you in to the main floor.
