The empty plains of central Asia. Populated by hundreds of Uyghur tribes, small caravans, sheltered towns with no strategic benefit.
Once upon a time, this region was a lake. Long before Stan, before the Brothers, it was all water and a little farmland around it. But now all that is left is a wide, empty basin, still noticeable from simply walking across it. And around it? Nothing.
But nothing can at least be beautiful to march your army through.
