On those who Quit

This includes those who quit normally, and those who ragequit.

• If you are at at war with this players nation at time of quitting, you may continue and expand at the normal rate into it as you wish. If you are not at war with it, you cannot attack or expand into it for a full two weeks. Two, because most potential players may not be aware it is open for the first week.

• When a new player jumps into a state, they cannot be involved in any conflicts or be attacked for a full week.

• There are no full nation annexations for any reason under any circumstances. This would be so incredibly abusable as to be absurd.

• If you as a player quit or ragequit, you cannot rejoin as a new state for a full two weeks after leaving your old one. Also, any "and then all my people died" will be ignored when a new player comes in.

• Finally, a reminder: If a mod has not signed off on your claim, it is not yet accepted, even if the general community does accept you (that obviously helps though). Make sure to poke the modqueue if your claim has been left open for a while.

These rules are not retroactive (aside from the kill everyone in my country one).
