Welcome! This community is a chance to communicate a form of frustration that you may have experienced, its an opportunity to purge your feeling as you will. The inability to express anger creates pent and you become unable to move on from that current emotion.
โWe all experience the feeling of being angry. Maybe itโs anger directed at a situation or another person, or perhaps itโs your go-to response to a perceived threat, real or notโ (healthline.com).
Our idea is to give your emotion an opportunity to be heard, then let it go because it not longer serves you. Sure there are other practices you can take better manage your anger, like exercise, take on a new hobby, etc. This is more of a practice of releasing through expression. As a community, it would be recommended to share any techniques that you may find to be helpful in addressing anger. Thank you, I love you ๐
