Okay so normally bugs and wasps don't bother me, unless they are too big for their own good, and I felt this sub was the right place for this story as well as bring awareness to this monstrosity.

Take your normal everyday neighborhood wasp, and give him all of the steroids. I'm talking the size of your ring finger. Next, some good news, instead of building hives and nests and grouping together, these guys like to be solitary. Bad news, they like to burrow underground and be completely hidden until they decide they want to come out and play.

I get that they're trying to be a WaspBro and kill the giant cicadas that also have no reason to be so big, but if I could stay as far away from them as possible, it would be appreciated.
