Traveling to Forks, WA!

So I am planning a self-healing week trip for myself! And I absolutely LOVE the foggy, gloomy, cold weather state Washington has… the twilight vibe! Iykyk 🤣 And I am completely clueless on the weather out there. I was thinking of going in November ? Or maybe in October? What do you folks recommend?? Please no rude or mean comments :(
