A few days ago I read a post about players gripes and complaints being nothing more than bitching by basically cry babies. One comment said that anyone who says they stopped playing Warzone over issues is lying. I’ve thought about that now and wanted to put in my two cents. First off, I love Warzone! To me it’s the greatest game ever created. Every single day I watch videos and streamers and I’m a giant Bobbypoff fan. I keep up with all meta data and updates. I have spent hundreds upon hundreds on every battle pass and bundles galore. Level up ever weapon and operator. I love Warzone! Having said that, I quit playing a few months ago and haven’t tried playing since. I’m on XBOX and it feels sluggish and the PC players have a big advantage. On top of the fact that there are still low life cheaters who have no character and obviously very poor parents. I am a great MP player but I absolutely suck at Warzone! I’ll be the first to say it. Elite controllers, 200 dollar headsets aside, I still suck! That was ok when we had Verdansk and a pandemic. Now though, the player base has dwindled to sweats and try harder and those who can spend hours a day to play and keep their skills honed. I fault them not! I love that players are beasts and I wish I could slide and hop and snipe and on and on. I can’t though. So now it’s become a situation where casual players (unless naturally gifted at the game or are glutens for punishment) can’t enjoy playing anymore. If I load in I will die 20 times in an hour and may get a couple kills. That’s not fun! It makes me want to slit my wrists!!! I only play solo games because I have a complex about sucking and don’t want to be the weak link. I’d rather just go it alone and let only myself down. I’m very gifted at so many things, but gaming isn’t one of those things. So now I watch others play and just stick to MP where I can actually be competitive and a leader in stats in a team more often than not. I don’t know if casual play is completely dead for everyone, but I’ve had to quit a game that I love because there’s just not a place for a player like me anymore.
