Is anyone else dropping frames with the new update?

I have an Alienware m15 r3 with a 2070s and warzone was running beautifully at 140 fps at 1080p on high settings before the update. I'm not sure what's changed but now I can only get 100 if I'm lucky. Can anyone share their settings and/or tips to get higher frames? Thank you!
