Best xbox one controller for warzone?

I've heard the red controller had a lot of issues with stick drift and bumper buttons but i ignored the reviews and still bought it anyway. Controller is barely a couple of months old and stops working and was starting to have major stick drift issues. And now my console won't even turn on anymore because it doesn't detect it and my pc doesnt detect it either.
Any suggestions on controllers?
