Did the update break the game for anyone else?

After the update I am having some serious lag in every game mod. In warzone there is some serious lag every now and then. And when I’m not lagging the game will do this weird stutter where it briefly brings up the pause screen. Even in multiplayer I am having constant packet burst making the game unplayable.

I think it finally time i smarten up and uninstall this broken game
