One week after surgery

I’ve had this wart on my finger for maybe 1-2 years and had it cut off last week along with 3 others on my foot. The problem is that it’s dry now because apparently moisture is my number one enemy (according to the doctor) and now it hurts so bad when I bend it almost like it’s cracking. Any advice would be appreciated! And how long til the hole start closing, stop bleeding and stop hurting because my foot hurts so bad when I’m walking
