So I recently re installed and ran both GeForce Optimazation and the in game graphics test, both of which said I should set my graphics setting to high. I am getting wicked bad menu stutters so I miss click things constantly and I have very bad in game stutters to where I will come out of them upside down or pointed straight T the ground.

I have tried turning settings down and adjusting them but nothing has helped and online tips and forums are hopelessly useless.

I will post screenshots of my settings when I get home. As well as a better list of hardware but off the top of my head the important stuff is

GeForce 2070 Super Rizen 9 3900x 32g of corsair vengeance RGP pro ddr4 ram And Gigabyte speed internet

Can give router specifics to prove it most deff is not my internet to the best of my knowledge.
