Where this would go
I see this as a better HMS Peacock, so I would place this at 4.0, 4.3 or higher if it has its missiles. With a high top speed and small profile, this boat would be small and agile. However, it is balanced out by its low crew count and its compartments being packed together so close. The addition of machine guns makes AA and light PT boats easier to deal with. With it's missiles, it would be a much more potent threat, so I would up the BR to 4.3 or higher if it got its missiles. I think this would be a valuable addition to the Japanese naval tech tree, providing it with an equivalent to the fast patrol boats of other nations.
