Friends unable to receive gifted vehicle

Hello there. To cut to the chase, I bought some of my friends some vehicle packs for Christmas this year. The packs in question were the J35XS, MiG-23ML, and CV90105 XC-8. My friend, who started playing War Thunder on an Xbox, received the MiG-23ML without issue. However, my friends who started playing War Thunder on their PCs, have been unable to redeem their gifts. All of us play on PCs now, but myself and my friend who received the MiG-23ML started our accounts on Xbox. I purchased the packs through the Microsoft store, using the "buy as gift" option. Would anyone happen to know how I can help get my friends their packs I paid for?
