Strange bug(?)

So when I'm on discord, (and now I realize just in general when I stream or record this game, because I lose a good recording of a match to this) and start streaming the FPS on the stream is like 2-5 but my game runs at 120 for me, I don't get it I've looked every where and I couldn't find anything about it, this only happens with war thunder too
