Account hacked and hacked 2 factor authenticated my account to their phone and a made up email. Can I undo this? I cannot change the login info back to my email or anything.

I am on Xbox and back in the day synced my email to Gaijin. But I never set up 2 factor authentication. A month ago someone logged into my account overseas (Iām in the US) and I just found out today that they not only registered a made up email but also 2 factor linked my account to their phone number. Because of this I cannot reset anything or link the account for my own 2 factor authentication to my email or phone number or the apps you can use for authentication. Is there any fix to this?
