I’m a relatively new player and have been grinding out the US tech tree and I’m starting to have some trouble deciding which crews should be assigned which vehicles.

I like to play RB for all 3 modes and AB for air and naval occasionally and was wondering how people set up their crews for each mode.

As of right now I have it set up so that

Ground: 1-AA 2-TD/heavy tank 3/4 - light/med tanks 5 - CAS

Air and naval are both set so that each crew is assigned to a specific research line.

I want to change it so that I don’t have to reshuffle my set up often to make sure my BR is consistent and optimize crew XP gain and have enough GE to buy some slots if needed.

Is this line up similar to what you have? If not please share what your setup is and how it ended up that way!
