High Elves or Dark Elves, which is easier, more straightforward to play in TOW?

Got an army of elves, a quite ambivalent looking one. I like both armies.

I've seen that both lists have a lot of twin units.

They are actually high elves models, and I am more read on high elves. But I find their TOW rules a bit daunting and complicated.

Is the dark elves army more straightforward or easy to play? I'm thinking that if their units don't rely as much on Drilled and other complicated rules, and if I can make use of more singular monsters; perhaps it will be an easier list to play.
