My friend and I recently got into 40k and have been studying competitive lists a lot.
It seems like the combination of using a 3 model invader atv unit a chief apothecary is just so insanely strong.
It's 24 wounds of which potentially 11 are healed every turn. Unless you can somehow do 24 wounds and kill all 3 ATVs it seems impossible to counter.
Is there any counterplay to this at all?
He's pretty sad that he picked space Marines and that he wants both of those units. But I am pretty frustrated of the prospect of playing against something that is blatantly unfair.
